The JTERAS journal publishes articles related to the field of mechanical engineering, including:
- Manufacturing : Manufacturing is a field of engineering that studies the process of making a product starting from the design process, production process, quality control process, metrology, Mechatronics, Industrial automation, and product optimization.
- Material Engineering: discusses the strength of materials, the process of forming a material, material processing, Material Innovation, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, Non-Metal Materials, Nano Technology, Destructive Test and NDT, Structural analysis such as mechanical vibration and kinematics, and Analysis of Damage Patterns .
- Energy Conversion: is discussing energy and its changes from one form to another, energy transfer in the form of heat and the temperature distribution that occurs, systems or mechanics that work based on the basic principles of thermodynamics used to produce work in the form of motion, fluid analysis in a static state (stationary) and dynamic (moving), the flow of gases around solid objects, and the flow of liquids around solid objects.
Journal of Technology Renewal and Advanced Science (JTERAS) is a reference journal that aims to explore, develop and explain knowledge about engineering design and technology, so that practitioners and researchers are informed about current issues and best practices, and serves as a platform for the exchange of ideas, knowledge and expertise among technology researchers and practitioners. JTERAS is published by Gio Vani Publisher. Papers published in JETRAS are highly representative of the use of sustainable technologies in the design of products and services for tropical environments. Sustainable technologies have developed in various Asian countries that adhere to the principles of social, economic, and ecological sustainability and are grouped into the following themes: conventional and renewable energy, sustainable architecture, construction and the environment, advanced materials and manufacturing technologies, efficiency and improvement productivity. The application and development of technology for tropical environments that encourages innovation, increases economic benefits, stimulates business growth, and improves the quality of human life while still trying to maintain a balance between technology itself and the environment shows the character and uniqueness of JTERAS.
